However, the 2023 budget allocated N200,827,500.00 under the label "Women and Youths Empowerment Programme (KADSWEF)," while the 2024 budget allocated N200,000,000.00 under the same label. This represents a decrease of N827,500.00 from the 2023 allocation, contrary to the Governor's promise.
